Our Partnerships

We believe that partnerships help towards a common goal. Developing knowledge, providing trusted insights and ultimately assure the best decision for you.

This is why Promedica24 proudly partners with:

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission, we are safe, effective, caring and responsive, with ‘a strong person-centred culture throughout the organisation which values everyone as unique individuals’.

The CQC inspectors not only inspect client care plans, but also interview our team members and clients and assess the effectiveness of each provider’s management and communication skills. This helps people looking for care to assess in detail the quality performance of a care provider. We are proud to be a regulated home care provider.

Dementia Friends

The Dementia Friends programme aims to change the way people view dementia, and ultimately educate a nation. Promedica24 stands alongside the initiative helping to provide an accessible understanding through other platforms such as Mirthy and our own free education resources such as the ones found here.

We are proud to say that from our carers on the front line to our marketing team in our head office we are Dementia Friends.

Mirthy was established in 2019 with the aim of enriching like minded individuals with a comprehensive programme of events, truly bolstering their mood in the process. Supported by a caring team, Mirthy has created an inclusive community where people can share, learn, and connect through fun, sociable, and fulfilling activities in the comfort of their own home.

This collaboration, the first of its kind in the home care sector, ensures that we can deliver a variety of incredible events for individuals in the comfort of their own home with on-going support available from their live-in carer.

Driving Miss Daisy

We are pleased to have a partnership with Driving Miss Daisy to provide a transportation and companionship service for our clients across the UK. This partnership will enhance the quality of the live-in care we provide, enabling those who don’t or are unable to drive to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Whether that be a trip to the shops, hospital appointments or days out meeting with friends and family, Companion Drivers from Driving Miss Daisy will be on hand to take our clients anywhere they want to go.

Homecare Association

The Homecare Association is the UK’s membership body for homecare providers. Their ultimate goal is to ensure home care is a real option to people rather than a secondary thought against traditional care solutions. Everyone should have a choice, which is why the Homecare Association advocates for this.

Focused on 5 core principles, Integrity, Intelligence, Approachability, Inspiration and influence, Promedica24 fully supports these values.
