Promedica Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

Promedica24 has been following national guidance issued by the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic. Guidance has been communicated with staff and clients to ensure individuals are aware of all preventative measures, in addition to their standard infection control procedures.

Our Care Workers undertake extensive prevention and control training, and their health is closely monitored by our Care Team professionals to ensure they are able to provide care and support on a daily basis.

Further guidance has been issued to staff in case of any known contact with at-risk countries, for those returning from a category 1 or 2 area, and/or if a case has been suspected/confirmed.
