Live-in care is the possibility of taking care of a person in their own home. For many people, this is the best solution when they do not want to leave their own home, but need constant care.
Live-in care is also a very good solution for many employees. By working with us, you will live in your client’s home and become a truly valued part of their life.
We do our best to keep our care workers with the same clients on each rotation. Not only is it comfortable for the client, but it is also a very good solution for the carer who can get to know the client well and build a genuine relationship.
A rotation means that the client usually has two carers who change at a specified time - e.g. once a month. In your month off, a replacement takes care of the client.
As a live-in carer, you will provide personal care, help with household chores and getting out and about. Above all else, you will provide companionship and emotional support – even just a chat over a cup of tea.
