Hello, I’m Lesley – your Regional Partner for East and Mid Sussex. After many successful years in nursing and my role as a residential care manager, I launched the Promedica24 East and Mid Sussex branch in 2017 to offer the people in my community a genuine alternative to residential care. Throughout the pandemic, I returned to the NHS part-time to support the nation’s fight against coronavirus.
With my background in nursing and experience in the residential care sector, I understand the importance of personalised care in improving people’s quality of life. I also understand the difficulties families face when navigating the complexities of the care system. The team and I are on hand to answer your questions and assist you throughout this journey. I look forward to working with you and ensuring we deliver the best support you need to live independently and well in the comfort of your own home.
I have a special interest in dementia and I am an active participant with the local Dementia Action Alliance. I am happy to run dementia information sessions for individuals and local organisations.
